A one-hour flight all the way around the controlled airspace that protects Gatwick Airport’s passenger jet aircraft.

This tour will take you past Box Hill, a famous beauty spot, onwards over Dunsfold Aerodrome. Once a BAE manufacturing site, the Sea Harrier was made there and now Top Gear and McLaren cars reside among a host of other businesses.

Parked up at the Aerodrome are two ex-British Airways Jumbo Jets, a VC10 amongst others.

You will route south nearby Midhurst town where most of the windows are painted yellow. Midhurst is also famous for its polo pitches.

You will fly over the South Downs to view the English Channel, past Goodwood Airfield – once RAF Westhampstead and now the home of motor racing and flying.

Before turning east, you should be able to see the Isle of Wight and following the South Downs, you may see the Seven Sisters white cliffs in the distance as we fly north of Brighton City Airport.

You will turn north over Sussex passing by Tunbridge Wells, Hever Castle and back for tea & tiffin at the Pilot’s Hub Café!
