Our 40 minute option will take you or your loved one past the North Downs and Chartwell (Winston Churchill’s house) and over the beautiful Kent countryside, where you will have the opportunity to experience the RAF’s ever-popular initial training aeroplane, with its delightful flying attributes. You will be taught how to manoeuvre the aeroplane in pitch, roll and yaw – the very basics of piloting.
On return, you will fly over Bough Beech Reservoir, past Anne Boleyn’s residence of Hever Castle, you may see arrivals and departures from Gatwick and will return to land at Redhill – one of the older Aerodromes in England – much used for a variety of tasks during WW2.
Timings are from “brakes off to brakes on”.
